How long does my order take to ship?

Ready Stock Items
Orders containing ready-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order products require additional production and sourcing time. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks (or longer, depending on availability) for your order to be prepared and shipped.

If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

What is your return policy? 

To ensure a fair and transparent process for both our customers and our business, all return and refund requests must meet the following requirements:

• An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or refund claim. The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition and the contents inside.

• No return, exchange, or refund requests will be accepted without a complete unboxing video, regardless of the issue reported.

• Any return or refund request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process and any applicable refund.
